Job Overview
Gourmet Foods International is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoice Coordinator to support invoice processing and administrative functions. This position is responsible for verifying, entering, printing, filing, and maintaining invoices while ensuring information is accurate and properly documented.
The Invoice Coordinator will also provide administrative support through data entry, data abstraction, reporting, internet research, and coordination with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:
- Verify, enter, print, file, and maintain invoices accurately
- Review invoice information for completeness and accuracy
- Perform data entry, data abstraction, and internet research as needed
- Prepare and maintain reports related to daily activities and follow-up items
- Coordinate with warehouse team members to finalize shift-related responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls as needed, provide basic information, take messages, and route calls appropriately
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide administrative support to contracts and other business functions as needed
- Complete additional administrative duties and projects as assigned

Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:
- 2–3 years of administrative, invoice processing, data entry, or related experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with invoices, accounting documents, or business records
- Experience supporting warehouse or distribution operations
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills

SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 10:00 am- 6:30 pm
Availability:
Consistent, regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Candidates must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet the position’s availability requirements, which may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or travel as needed to support business and operational needs.
