Job Description

Introduction
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the management and optimization of the Investran platform. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver product enhancements, ensure data governance, and support financial and operational processes

What you’ll do

  • You’ll manage the Investran platform by supporting governance, configuration, and ongoing data quality improvements.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver product enhancements, upgrades, and DX-related initiatives.
  • You’ll oversee procurement, contracts, budgeting, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • You’ll support and manage super users across jurisdictions, including training and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
  • You’ll drive operational efficiency by handling reporting, system changes, and user requests related to Investran functionalities.

Qualifications

About you

  • You have experience in financial services, preferably within private equity or investor services.
  • You have strong understanding of product management, data governance, and system operations.
  • You are comfortable managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • You have hands-on experience or knowledge of Investran and related financial systems.
  • You have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
