As an Investor Support- Platform and Data Management Operations within JP Morgan Chase's 55ip Asset & Wealth Management Technology, you will oversee the comprehensive management and daily operations of Client Reporting and Model Management. You will ensure data accuracy and integrity as the Subject Matter Expert in client reporting, maintaining a robust control environment for data at 55ip Warehouse. Collaborating with Technology, Product Management, and Operations teams, you will promote platform evolution and manage daily operations using modern Business Intelligence tools. You will partner with various stakeholders to ensure client outcomes are met, using data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. Your role involves investigating and resolving escalated client issues, managing risks related to data quality, and overseeing daily work assignments to meet performance objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day coordination and completion of Platform operational tasks (e.g., model management, performance report, agreement/ADV review tracking), ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and delivered within agreed SLAs. Follow established procedures, validation checks, and documentation standards..
- Maintain a strong control environment by ensuring procedures, checklists, and audit-ready records are consistently followed. Support ongoing improvements to governance artifacts (SOPs, process maps, trackers) to reinforce quality, oversight, and scalability.
- Build and maintain business metrics, management information, and operational dashboards to track trends, SLA performance, risk items, and recurring issues. Use data to identify trends, capacity needs, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities; share clear, actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Identify friction points in BAU workflows and propose enhancements (standardization, improved quality checks, automation opportunities). Partner with Product/Tech teams to translate operational needs into clear requirements and support adoption of improved workflows.
- Resolve inquiries by gathering context, coordinating stakeholders, tracking actions to closure, and ensuring timely updates. Drive root-cause thinking and help reduce repeat issues through better controls, training, or process changes.
- Proactively surface operational risks (process gaps, control breaks, data integrity issues, SLA risks) and coordinate mitigation actions with Product and Operations stakeholders. Maintain risk/issue logs and support remediation tracking through to completion.
- Coordinate across Product Owner, Technology (Dev/Quant/App Support/QA), Trade Ops, and client-facing teams to ensure priorities are clear, requests are well-scoped, and delivery expectations are aligned to business and client needs.
- Lead ad hoc initiatives, ensuring sustainable implementation of changes, and provide cross-training for continuity in business processes.

- Experience in building processes and managing cross-functional projects that drive business impact, within the wealth management / financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Experience using modern BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to visualize and analyze data trends.
- Advanced skills in SQL for querying, analyzing, and managing large data sets. Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
