Job Title: Investor Services Manager
Locations: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid/Remote)

The Investor Services Manager leads and develops a team of contact center representatives, ensuring high-quality support for investors and advisors. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction, overseeing daily operations, and acting as a key link between leadership and frontline associates to deliver an exceptional service experience.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Monitor team productivity and provide coaching, feedback, and performance support
  • Communicate organizational updates and ensure alignment with company and departmental goals
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and annual performance reviews
  • Partner with leadership to prepare for client meetings and ensure client satisfaction
  • Drive employee engagement, morale, and retention through proactive leadership
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, including handling disciplinary actions when needed
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure accurate handling of shareholder and participant inquiries

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of related industry and leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills
  • Ability to manage daily operations and meet service expectations
  • Experience working in structured, process-driven environments

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

New Jersey: The expected base salary for the position is between $66,000 USD to 80,000 USD. New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $66,300 USD to $80,000 USD. Washington: The expected base salary for the position is between $80,168 USD to $85,000 USD. California: The expected base salary for the position is between $70,304 USD to $80,000 USD. Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between $57,784 USD to $80,000 USD. Maryland: The expected base salary for the position is between $91,650.00 USD to $152,750.00 USD. Illinois: The expected base salary for the position is between $35,568 USD to $80,000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between $64,400.28 USD to $80,000 USD. Minnesota: The expected base salary for the position is between $72,250.00 USD to $80,000 USD. Vermont: The expected base salary for the position is between $35,568 USD to $80,000 USD. Hawaii: The expected base salary for the position is between $35,568 USD to $80,000 USD. District of Columbia: The expected base salary for the position is between $35,568 USD to $80,000 USD.

In addition, employees in this role may be eligible for consideration on an annual basis for a discretionary bonus and/or equity awards, such as restricted stock units or stock options, based upon individual and business performance at the company’s discretion.
