Investor Services Analyst I - Alternative Investments

The Alternative Investments Team provides accounting, pricing, reconciliation, and investor services for our alternative investment fund clients. This group is a growing team that continues to add to our client portfolio. With additional clients and the evolution of client needs comes the opportunity to grow our knowledge base and expand our technological capabilities.

The Investor Services Team provides investor onboarding, investor account maintenance, and produces communications sent to investors.

As an Investor Services Analyst I, you will be assigned client(s) and will support the Investor Services Team by providing onboarding for new investors through reviewing subscription documents and setting up new accounts. You will also be answering investor-related emails from your assigned clients within a 24-hour timeline.

How you’ll spend your time:

• Producing documents that are sent out to investors
• Answering emails from investors/clients within a 24-hour timeline
• Reviewing investor subscription and transfer documents to input necessary information into our accounting software  
• Learning the investor servicing software known as AltPro

• You have an Associates Degree OR
• You have a high school diploma with at least 2 years of direct work-related experience
