Investor Relations Specialist
with curiosity, a growth mindset and a can-do approach to join KONE’s Investor Relations team.
The Investor Relations team is part of KONE’s Finance function and responsible for communicating our financial performance, strategy, and sustainability efforts to the capital markets. We nurture relationships with investors and analysts, and shape KONE’s narrative towards them, ensuring clarity on our direction and fostering trust.

As you will be collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders, a service mindset and a positive attitude is a must.
You will report to the Vice President, Investor Relations, and this role is based in Espoo, Finland with the opportunity to a hybrid work model.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial reports, investor presentations and other materials together with the rest of the team
Preparing and publishing stock exchange releases
Monitoring news flow and market trends
Preparing analyst consensus models, peer benchmarking, and shareholder analysis
Coordinating event logistics (roadshows and conferences, capital market days, annual general meetings, result publications) and meeting requests
Managing and developing KONE’s IR website and other digital communication
Administrating IR tools and coordinating cooperation with service providers.
Your background:
Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or similar field
You might be at the beginning of your career or already have a few years of relevant working experience
A solid understanding of corporate financials and an interest in financial markets
Fluency in both Finnish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Digitally fluent with a knack for data analysis and visualization.
