Position Overview:
This is an opportunity to grow one’s career at Dutch Bros (NYSE:BROS), a fast-growing, people-oriented company with 1,000+ shops across 18 states. We are looking for someone to help communicate our exciting growth story to the public markets and build upon our investor relations strategies and initiatives. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Investor Relations and will be a key member of the Investor Relations Team. The Investor Relations - Senior Financial Analyst will have significant growth opportunities, as it will closely support key initiatives of the CEO, CFO, and other leaders, and will build relationships with investors, analysts, and other market participants.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business required
A minimum of 3-6 years of buy/sell-side experience or corporate FP&A/IR experience is strongly preferred
MS Office Suite experience, with very strong Excel skills
Intellectual curiosity and displaying a willingness to learn, understand, and synthesize data
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data sets in a timely and efficient manner
Self-motivated and driven
Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding judgment around confidential and/or sensitive information
Understanding of financial statements, modeling, and valuation

Location Requirement:
This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Support the Investor Relations Process, including quarterly earnings releases, investor conferences, and analyst/investor days preparation:
Lead (with close collaboration with FP&A) the updating of the internal “Fact Book” of key performance indicators that supports the earnings process
Closely collaborate with the FP&A, SEC Reporting, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams to collect and verify the information to support script drafting and Q&A (i.e. “tie-out”)
Draft investor conference presentations (i.e. ‘fireside chats”) and quarterly supplemental investor slides
Manage the IR calendar along with the coordination and execution of investor events
Maintain the company’s IR website
Support investor and analyst outreach and engagement efforts, including investor targeting, corporate access, and monitoring analyst consensus/sentiment:
Assist with investor targeting and corporate access efforts, including scheduling, attending, and tracking investor and analyst meetings (CRM), site visits, and conferences (1-pagers, tear sheets)
Monitor analyst consensus and sentiment, closely reviewing all BROS research reports and identifying key gaps in understanding
Participate on investor calls
Execute industry, investor, and business intelligence and deliver meaningful insights for the competitive benefit of the company:
Conduct data analysis and competitive benchmarking (listening and summarizing key peer news and earnings reports)
Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support the CEO, CFO, and other key leaders to aid in understanding our business and competitive positioning
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop quarterly communication for internal and external materials to advance knowledge of our business

Physical Requirements:
In-Office Environment: Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
