A unique opportunity is available for an Investor Relations Operations Advisor to join our Investments Management team, reporting to the Head of Investor Relations.

Working closely with the Investor Operations Manager, the Investor Relations Operations Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Investment Management investor base. This includes data management of investor records and reporting, ensuring all information from and to the investor is captured in the relevant systems and shared with the relevant stakeholders within Lendlease Investment Management, in compliance with all legislative and corporate guidelines.

To succeed in the role, you’ll have at least one to three years’ experience across a Funds Management or Finance Services entity, preferably in an Investor Relations, Unit Registry/ Custodian capacity coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Financial Management or Legal.

Our ideal candidate will have strong financial and analytical capability, a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills. You will have experience working with cross-functional teams and the confidence to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
