Job Description
Job Title: Investor Relations Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)
As Investor Relations Manager, you will coordinate Galderma’s Investor Relations (IR) activities, with a focus on leading financial insights and consensus management as well as supporting general investor engagement. Key activities will include: (i) owning the financial model and analysis of key positions; (ii) tracking market perception and disseminating key external insights in the organization; (iii) maintaining the investor database and meeting records up-to-date; (iv) helping prepare key investor engagement meetings, increasingly owning the content; and (v) supporting IR coordination, including external correspondence and conference planning.
The role reports to the Investor Relations & Strategy Director
Key Responsibilities
- Holding the IR financial model up-to-date and conducting analyses of analysts' and consensus' forecasts, along with inputting into financial guidance processes
- Maintaining the database and meeting records up-to-date in the IR CRM system, including details of attendees, contact information, and key meeting notes
- Helping manage correspondence with investors, sell-side analysts, advisors and internals
- Helping disseminate key news internally, including news flow from the market, peer group companies, and research reports
- Assist in preparation of briefing documents, reports and presentations, for management meetings with investors as well as updates to the board
- Helping anticipate and populate the IR Q&A database, especially ahead of key IR events
- Helping plan and organize IR activities, including investor meetings, presentations and events
- Helping keep the IR section of the website up-to-date
- Supporting the Strategy, Investor Relations and ESG team broadly ad-hoc as relevant
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or with an equivalent experience/qualification.
- Proven experience at least 5 years in an investor relations team or at an investment banking, Big 4, or strategy consulting companies, healthcare experience is preferred.
- Business partnering to build strong, trusting cross-functional relationships.
- Understanding customers and key stakeholders interests and concerns and provide solutions.
- Providing technical guidance to line managers and employees.
- Strong team player with effective communication.
- Fluency in English, other European languages are a plus.
