Investor Relations Manager

We’re seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join our headquarter in Milan.

As IR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the relationship between our company and its investors and, reporting directly to Chief Investor Relations, Sustainability and Communication Officer , you will be responsible for a variety of tasks:

• Assisting in the coordination of conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings.

• Gathering insights on how the investment community perceives our company’s management and financial results.

• Crafting presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.

• Overseeing the investor relations section of our company website.

• Keeping track of market analysis reports for our top management.

Additionally, this role will involve:

• Building relationships with the financial community and contributing to the development of our Group’s financial communication strategies and guidelines.

• Providing support in organizing and managing Investor Relations events and executing the Investor Relations Plan.

• Managing the Investor Relations Department’s agenda and calendar.

• Assisting investors and financial analysts in creating studies and forecast models.

• Developing financial valuation models.

• Assisting in the creation of presentations and financial releases.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• The ability to work in a team.

• A strong initiative and a focus on innovation.

• Proficiency in English is a must.
