We are looking for an Investment & Strategy Analyst to join the team at Ennismore, supporting our Group EVP of Investment & Strategy on various projects across the business.

Job Description

What you'll do...

Work closely with group EVP of Investment and Strategy on:

  • Group Business Plan, coordinating contribution from the various business units of the Group
  • Transactions related topics (M&A, individual project investment…)
  • Key Group Presentations for Shareholders / Board / Comex, etc.
  • Development case studies 
  • Post transaction Integration topics
  • Other Group Strategy related topics
  • Ad-hoc development related topics

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years full-time working experience with the big 4 (ideally transaction team), Private Equity, Investment Banking, or similar environment
  • Familiar with various financial models and valuation methods
  • Excellent excel skills and be capable to build complicated formulas/models
  • Detail oriented, in particular for numbers and presentations
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking, intense work pace and tight deadlines
  • Previous knowledge/experience in hospitality (or real estate) related industry is preferred but not required
  • UK eligible working visa is largely preferred
