Investment Specialist - US Equities- Associate

As an Investment Specialist professional within our " US Equities team" , you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
You will be working closely with the Investment Specialist team to assist with the preparation of portfolio review material for clients and investors. You will develop an understanding of the investment processes associated with a variety of Equities portfolios and will be expected to liaise with multiple groups within JPMAM.
Job Responsibilities

• Update, maintain and improve client materials including pitchbooks and review material
• Respond to adhoc requests from stakeholders, with an initial focus on data-led queries
• Complete updates to the consultant databases working closely with the dedicated team
• Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires, with an initial focus on data-led components
• Attend PM meetings and take notes for IS team use, while activity supports developing written skills and deepening knowledge to leverage in client work in future
• Liaise with JPMAM client service and reporting teams, and the technology team to streamline/automate/verify client data and reporting (standard/customized/ad hoc)
• Monitor industry databases and publications for relevant environment, competitive and marketing information

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Atleast 4+ years' experience with financial product analysis, marketing or client services with team management experience.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and skilled in PowerPoint
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities and ad-hoc requests in a moderate to fast-paced environment; ability to learn and execute new tasks quickly and in real-time
