Position Overview:

Aksia is seeking an Analyst to join our Investment Research, Private Equity team. Our Investment Research team is responsible for identifying potential alternative investment opportunities, performing due diligence, proposing recommendations for client investments, and monitoring client portfolio holdings.

This position will be based in Athens, Greece and will include regular interaction with global colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing, screening, and analyzing private equity investment opportunities
• Managing third-party diligence, conducting secondary research, participating on reference calls
• Summarizing research into investment memorandums and presenting key findings to the Investment Committee
• Managing and maintaining internal database, including tracking investments and recording performance.
• Monitoring clients’ private markets investments and portfolios
• Authoring private markets focused research
• Participating in business development activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or another related field
• 2+ years of experience focused investment banking, consulting, and/or private markets
• Written and verbal fluency in English
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with limited oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
