The NTU Investment Office comprises a team of investment professionals responsible for managing the University’s multi-billion and multi-asset investment fund to achieve its defined long term target rate of return.
This position will support and execute the investment strategy and mandates approved by the Investment Committee. The successful candidate will be part of the middle office team, ensuring the smooth operation, oversight and governance of the investment fund.
The successful candidate will be based at NTU’s One-North campus.
Responsibilities:
Assess and execute complex investment transactions across multiple asset classes
Manage trade documentation and reconciliation
Oversee cash flow management and projections
Monitor compliance and counterparty relationships
Support portfolio risk management functions
Prepare performance reporting and analysis
Maintain and enhance investment databases and records
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of working experience with 2 - 3 years of experience in a relevant role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Comfortable interacting with external service providers and stakeholders across the front and back offices
Appointment title offered will commensurate with candidate’s prior work experiences.
