The Investment Operations Intern will support the Investments team in enhancing data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency. This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related field who is eager to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world investment environment. Working closely with experienced professionals, the intern will gain hands-on experience in financial data management, reporting automation, and investment systems support.

Data & Reporting Support
- Assist in maintaining and validating investment data used across reports and systems.
- Help identify, prioritize and systemize incoming payment data.
- Support investment data workflow and processes.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying ways to streamline manual tasks.
- Assist in building or testing automated tools using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros) or Python (if applicable).
- Support data organization and file management to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Systems & Team Collaboration
- Gain exposure to investment systems such as Bloomberg and PAM for Investments.
- Partner with team members to understand end-to-end investment operations and reporting workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with special projects as assigned.

What sets you up for success
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Python, SQL, AI tools or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with curiosity to learn about investments, data, and process improvement.
- Able to commit to a full-time or part-time schedule (flexible around academic commitments).
