Join our Client Results team as an Investment Operations Analyst—an ideal role for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a foundation in finance and investment operations within a leading institutional asset management firm.

What You Will Do

  • Analyze and reconcile investment accounts across U.S. and international markets for equities and fixed income securities.
  • Learn and apply investment accounting principles using industry-leading systems and tools.
  • Assist with maintaining security master data, pricing updates, and corporate actions (e.g., M&A activity, dividends, stock splits, bond interest payments).
  • Support daily operations, monitor trade settlement activity, and troubleshoot breaks or exceptions.
  • Identify and help implement process improvements using technology and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, accounting, compliance) and external partners (custodians, brokers).

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or related field preferred but not required).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for financial markets and investment operations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute and learn.

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VBA/macros).
  • Experience or interest in using tools like Python, Power Query, or AI to automate workflows.
  • Prior internship or academic project experience in finance or data analysis.
