As an Investment Middle Office Services Change and Testing Associate in the Client Account Services (CAS) Team, you will be responsible for ensuring delivery of strategic change initiatives enabling expansion of the Investment Middle Office business. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, testing, and implementation of a new client onboarding platform, working closely with key internal stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to ensure all business requirements are met. Your efforts will focus on enhancing the client onboarding experience and streamlining routine lifecycle management by implementing straight-through processing within the new operating platform. Additionally, you will coordinate end-to-end account reference data requests, including product expansions, to support business testing requirements.
Job responsibilities
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships to consistently deliver excellent experience.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement and actively shape the future target operating model.
- Design and implementation of strategic change via new client onboarding platform with continuous feedback loop to technology partners.
- Produces clear and accurate project management reporting for internal stakeholders detailing toll gates, next actions, and status updates tailored to the audience.
- Resolve issues by understanding the end-to-end business process and systemic design, and we own issues through to their resolution.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills.
- Experience in project or change management.
- Skilled at building strong partnerships with clients, business, operations, technology, and other stakeholders within a matrix organization.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Professional in handling escalations, prioritizing tasks, and solving problems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to challenge and enhance current operating practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong written and oral communication skills.
