Join MWA Financial Services, Inc., a registered broker/dealer, investment adviser and wholly-owned subsidiary of Modern Woodmen of America as an Investment Marketing Analyst and help drive growth by bringing data, storytelling, and strategy together. In this role, you will research and track product and training initiatives, maintain performance reporting, and help create and distribute impactful marketing communications across a variety of internal and external channels. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the due diligence process by collecting data and researching products.
  • Coordinate, organize and track representatives through first year training program and be able to report on progress.
  • Assist with maintenance of product files, open and file correspondence from investment companies, including imaging files.
  • Assist with system technology maintenance including by not limited to MyView, RightBridge and Docupace as it relates to training and promotion.
  • Help with creative writing and editing, production, and distribution activities, including Trailblazer, Modern Woodmen Magazine, Financial Services newsletter, corporate websites, internal marketing pieces, and external marketing pieces.
  • Research, create, and present on various training initiatives such as mutual funds, brokerage, annuities, and other investment subjects.
  • Promote the products and services of the broker/dealer and registered investment advisor.
  • Assist in the promotion and marketing of Modern Woodmen’s variable products.
  • Assist in review, analysis, recommendation, and promotion of appropriate Field investment research sales tools.
  • Maintain all performance training and reporting.
  • Be responsive and prompt to incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails to and from our field force to produce product information and sales support.
  • Assist with the planning and organizing of events.
  • Track progress towards team initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we need:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to pass FINRA Series SIE and 7 within six months of hire, and series 24 and 66 within one year of hire. We provide time to study during work hours to help you achieve this goal. Work towards FLMI designation.
  • Desire to learn the securities business from a marking and sales perspective.
  • Effective communication, presentation, collaboration, organization, and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams preferred.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Desire to influence business results through strong relationships with our field agents.
  • Proactively manage daily tasks and multiple priorities

What we offer:

  • Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $25.75. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time, nor can we guarantee future sponsorship.
  • Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid, hourly position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least four days in office each week. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be expected to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period, which may be up to one year. Hybrid work arrangements are subject to change at any time based on business needs.
