The Investment Manager at Nawy Real Estate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s investment portfolio, developing investment strategies, and managing real estate investment projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of real estate markets, and a proven track record of successful investment management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and market trends.
- Manage the acquisition, disposition, and asset management of real estate properties.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessments for investment opportunities.
- Lead negotiation efforts, contracts, and agreements related to investments and partnerships.
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management and investors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations to ensure successful execution of investments.
- Stay informed on market developments, regulatory changes, and economic indicators that affect the investment portfolio.
- Mentor and lead junior investment team members, fostering professional development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in real estate investment management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing real estate investment portfolios and leading successful investment deals.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work strategically and lead cross-functional teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate markets, financial modeling, and investment principles.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
