JOB DESCRIPTIOn – INVESTMENT MANAGER
Role Purpose
Manage and grow the Company’s investment portfolio by identifying investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and optimizing returns while managing financial risk.

Key Responsibilities
Investment Strategy
Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the Group’s objectives.
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
Portfolio Management
Monitor and manage the performance of investment portfolios.
Ensure diversification and risk management.
Financial Analysis
Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis.
Assess potential returns and associated risks.
Due Diligence
Conduct investment due diligence for potential projects and acquisitions.
Prepare investment proposals for management approval.
Market Monitoring
Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and investment opportunities.
Provide insights to support strategic investment decisions.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Investment Management (mandatory).
Professional certification such as CFA from the CFA Institute is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in investment management or corporate finance.
At least 5 years managing investment portfolios or financial analysis functions.
