As an Investment Group/Investment Related HR Manager, you will partner closely with the Investment Group/Investment Related Senior Managers to support Capital Group's global investors. You will be an integral part of the investment unit coordination work, overseeing key processes and helping ensure the smooth and effective operation of the investment units. You will represent the IG/IR team on various technology workstreams and help manage the IG/IR technology roadmap. Working closely with HR specialist groups, you will play a critical role in connecting the Investment Group/Investment Related team with the broader HR function. Southern California Base Salary Range: $159,354-$254,966

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
