Based in our Melbourne office, this position is focused on strengthening and consolidating your buying skills and beginning to develop your implementation planning skills. You will be involved in negotiations, placing and maintaining buys and working with clients on some interesting strategies. This is a great opportunity to work with a range of our leading media clients becoming a key advisor.
What will your day look like?
- Respond to client requests and support the team on all media investment needs
- Develop a solid understanding of your clients’ business and needs
- Ensures delivery of all campaign KPIs and assist in developing POVs for clients.
- Hands-on approach to buying and booking process for allocated clients across all media (place, confirm, monitor).
- Participate in negotiations, management of media bookings and promotional executions.
- Manages budget control of approved media campaigns with accuracy including invoicing, proforma checking and account queries
What will you bring?
- 1-2 years of media agency experience as an Investment Executive or 2 years as an Associate/Coordinator
- Competent user across all core investment media systems
- Displays solid knowledge and understanding of Australian media marketplace
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Able to work as part of a team in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
