Minimum Qualification: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of all account types and ownership types used in financial institutions.
- Working knowledge of modern office administration techniques, methods, and equipmentoperation.
- Working knowledge of terminology related to investment products and various accounttypes.
- Ability to learn and work within FINRA guidelines.
- Ability to successfully pass background check with broker-dealer.
- Skill in the operation of a PC with the use of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases software programs, with internet and intranet access.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to implement and execute assigned tasks with limited supervision.
- Ability to effectively research data.
- Ability to distinguish and manage confidential material and information.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people.
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment.
