The Role
Do you have strong project management skills and passion for content production? As our new Investment Content Production coordinator, you will coordinate and oversee the production workflow, ensuring that the final content in various languages meets the quality, publication schedule, and budget requirements.
You will be responsible for the systematic organization, monitoring, and execution of all tasks around content production. Working closely with our Investment Content and Client Portfolio Management teams, you will be coordinating tasks across authors, editors, compliance officers, translators, designers, and web publishers.
From collecting investment content needs, to processing and tracking work in progress, to measuring process efficiency, you will be the backbone of agile delivery of Vontobel’s investments content, keeping work moving and helping teams bring content to market in a timely and efficient manner. You will analyze current content workflow processes and suggest improvements, focusing on automation and how to best leverage technology wherever possible.

What would your role be?

Workflow & process management

  • Optimize content workflows to streamline production.
  • Coordinate tasks across content creators, designers, translators, web specialists, Compliance, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across channels.
  • Monitor workflow performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration & communication

  • Build strong relationships across our organization and serve as the bridge between our content creators, marketing, social media, and digital teams.
  • Facilitate communication to ensure content priorities and deadlines are aligned.
  • Manage approvals and feedback loops to maintain efficiency without compromising quality.

Technology & tools management

  • Utilize our content management tools (i.e. Jira, Salesforce) and ensure proper compliance and workflow documentation of content workflows and best practices.
  • Identify and implement automation tools to further enhance efficiency.

What are we looking for?

  • Highly organized, flexible, proactive, analytical, innovative, and full of drive
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Offer strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Are experienced in creating smart charts and infographics to enhance a message, - knowing how to use systems and applications beyond MS Office is an asset.
  • Are experienced in managing processes and workflows across multiple stakeholders.

Your background

  • You are educated to degree level or above
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-moving multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment.
  • You currently work in a marketing, project management or similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in other industries is welcome, but you must come with proven ability to rapidly learn new skills and navigate systems.
