We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Investment Consulting team in Amman, Jordan.

We will count on you to:

  • Assist in the preparation of investment-related materials for Mercer clients, including investment analysis, commentary, performance reviews, and advice, all delivered to a high standard within tight deadlines.
  • Play a key role in asset allocation studies, portfolio construction reviews, and other investment-related projects.
  • Utilize Mercer’s proprietary tools to analyze asset classes and investment strategies and managers, while evaluating the results of this analysis.
  • Communicate with investment managers, record keepers, and custodians to gather or clarify client-specific data.
  • Support investment consultants in servicing existing clients and prospects.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum bachelor’s preferably Master degree in mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Recent graduation (or about to graduate) or 1-3 years of experience in banking or investment.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to develop new skills.
