Job Description
As an member of the Nordic M&A team you will assist in origination and manage the execution of public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across all industry sectors, equity capital markets advisory on various types of capital raising transactions such as listings and rights issues across the Nordic region together with other bankers from the team, as well as colleagues from industry, country and other product teams in other countries/regions
Job responsibilities

  • Liaise with the relevant counterparts at the client and other advisers (accounting, legal etc.)
  • Coordinate project deliverables and due diligence with other advisers
  • Support senior management and coverage bankers in origination efforts
  • Conduct detailed valuation analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis
  • Review detailed combination models, transaction structuring, valuation and other financial analysis
  • Oversee the preparation of presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue
  • Liaise with other team members, industry coverage bankers and other product partners to deliver the firm to our clients
  • Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Analysts and Associates


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Relevant Investment Banking Nordics M&A experience
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and numeracy skills, with high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptionally strong financial modelling/valuation skills
  • knowledge of Nordic Investment Banking environment
  • Demonstrates leadership and teamwork


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Fluent in Swedish is preferred
