The RoleWe are looking for a driven team member to join Antler’s investment team in Stockholm. In this role, you will help identify, evaluate, and support exceptional founders across the Nordics from day zero. You will work across sourcing, assessment, and portfolio support, giving you a front-row seat to the region’s most ambitious early-stage companies.
ResponsibilitiesFounder Sourcing: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with exceptional founders and operators across the Nordics.
Investment Process: Support screening, analysis, and decision-making for early-stage investments.
Portfolio Support: Work closely with founders pre- and post-investment on topics such as GTM strategy, fundraising, product, and growth.
Ecosystem Building: Expand Antler’s network across the Nordic tech ecosystem, including investors, angels, universities, operators, and other key stakeholders.
Market & Product Insight: Contribute to internal views on industries, technologies, and founder archetypes that drive high-potential company creation.
1–2 years of experience in startups, venture capital, consulting, product, or a similar high-performance environment.
Experience as a founder or early-stage operator at a fast-growing scale-up is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of product, growth, and early-stage company-building fundamentals.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and driven by curiosity and ambition.
Based in Stockholm with a deep passion for working with early-stage founders.
Direct exposure to the Nordic region’s most ambitious founders at the earliest stages of company building.
