  • Engage directly with management teams, advisors, lenders and operating partners
  • Contribute to portfolio monitoring, performance analysis and value-creation initiatives

What We Offer

  • A unique opportunity to help build and shape the new London office within an established global platform
  • Exposure to complex and impactful transactions with meaningful responsibility early on
  • A collaborative culture that values analytical rigor, creativity and professional growth
  • Competitive compensation and long-term career development opportunities

    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
    • Rigorous attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and the ability to think critically
    • A self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment
    • An interest in transportation, real assets and long-term fundamental investing
