Process and reconcile daily investment inflows and outflows in Instafin, prepare regular performance, ALCO, AML and maturity reports, communicate updates to stakeholders, and maintain documented approvals and accessible reports. Follow HOD directives and ensure timely, accurate transaction processing.

- Monthly preparation of the inflow and outflow report for RM’s incentive purpose
- Monthly reconciliation of bank statement against investment portfolio report and
Instafin report (inflow and outflow)
- Ensure availability of reports accessible to your assigned role upon request by other
departments, with approval from the HOD
- Diligently carry out other responsibilities assigned by the HOD
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer
Science, Information Management, Statistics or any related field.
- Any professional certification or relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Outlook, Access, Word & Teams is very
essential.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Strong numeric skills
- Excellent communicator both orally and written.
- Detail-oriented.
- Diligent and proactive
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, Access, Word and Teams
- Experience using Instafin or similar investment/portfolio booking systems
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
