This is a client-facing role for individuals who want to build a long-term career in real estate investments and capital markets and grow into future investment and transaction professionals.You will be involved in real estate investment transactions, financial modelling, investor presentations and market analysis. The role offers direct exposure to institutional investors, developers, lenders and some of the most significant real estate transactions in the Slovak market.
You will support buy-side and sell-side transactions, prepare investment materials for domestic and international investors, participate in client meetings and gain insight into all stages of the transaction process.
Due to the collaborative and client-facing nature of the role, regular in-person presence in our Bratislava office is expected.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Financial analysis and modelling of real estate investmen
Preparation of cash-flow and DCF models
Support on buy-side and sell-side transactions
Preparation of investment presentations, teasers and information memoranda
Market research and analysis of investment opportunities
Support during due diligence and transaction execution
Participation in client meetings, investor presentations and industry conferences
Support relationship management with investors, developers, lenders and other market participants
Requirements:
Candidates should meet one of the following criteria:
Junior Investment Analyst: University degree in Real Estate or a related quantitative discipline
Investment Analyst: Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate, M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Valuation, Private Equity or a related financial field
Technical Skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to build financial models in Excel
Understanding of DCF, IRR, NPV and key real estate investment principles
Ability to prepare professional investor-grade presentations and written materials
Strong PowerPoint, graphic and presentation skills
Fluent English (minimum C1, ideally C2)
Slovak or Czech language skills at B1 level or higher

Recruitment Process
Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical assessment consisting of:
An Excel-based financial modelling test focused on real estate investment analysis and cash-flow modelling
A PowerPoint case study evaluating analytical thinking, presentation skills and the ability to present investment opportunities effectively
The assessment is designed to evaluate both technical capabilities and the quality of professional output expected in a Capital Markets environment.
Salary: Starting from EUR 2,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
