Essential Function
As an Investment Acquisition Specialist, you will drive the acquisition of both on and off-market investment properties. Leveraging our extensive resources, including substantial purchasing power, a robust pipeline of warm leads, established wholesale relationships, proven success, and proprietary software, you will be instrumental in expanding our property inventory.
Role and Responsibilities
- Average over 15 investment property transactions monthly.
- Utilize our exclusive network of warm leads to identify prime investment opportunities.
- Facilitate accelerated closing times and commission payouts, optimizing transaction volume.
- Benefit from comprehensive training, tools, and resources designed for peak performance in investment property acquisition.
- Access on-demand and live learning events focused on real estate investment strategies.
Experience/Skills/Abilities
- Highly competitive, resilient, and results oriented.
- Demonstrates strong accountability and analytical prowess.
- Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for negotiation and deal-making.
- Natural dealmaker and skilled negotiator in real estate transactions.
- Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, seeking to build a thriving business within the investment property sector rather than just a job.
- Holds an active real estate license (a grace period to obtain the RE license will be given if needed).
- Able to travel: Up to 10% of the time for property visits and meetings.
