As an Investment Acquisition Specialist, you will drive the acquisition of both on and off-market investment properties. Leveraging our extensive resources, including substantial purchasing power, a robust pipeline of warm leads, established wholesale relationships, proven success, and proprietary software, you will be instrumental in expanding our property inventory.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Average over 15 investment property transactions monthly.
  • Utilize our exclusive network of warm leads to identify prime investment opportunities.
  • Facilitate accelerated closing times and commission payouts, optimizing transaction volume.
  • Benefit from comprehensive training, tools, and resources designed for peak performance in investment property acquisition.
  • Access on-demand and live learning events focused on real estate investment strategies.

  • Demonstrates strong accountability and analytical prowess.
  • Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for negotiation and deal-making.
  • Natural dealmaker and skilled negotiator in real estate transactions.

  • Holds an active real estate license (a grace period to obtain the RE license will be given if needed).
  • Able to travel: Up to 10% of the time for property visits and meetings.
