✅The Team:

We are looking for a loyal team member to join our Investigations team within our
Investigations Operations Department. This position is a perfect match for someone who is looking for a role where the focus will be on managing and coordinating test purchases and offline cases

✅What this job involves:

• Accurate Logging: Create cases and accurately enter case details, product URLs, and pricing into our case management system

• HVT Flagging: Following a specific checklist, you will "flag" any listings that look like "High-Value Targets" (e.g., sellers with 500+ items in stock) for senior investigators to review.

• Evidence Collection: Use "point-and-click" tools to capture screenshots and save digital evidence of infringing products before they are deleted.

• Intelligence Briefing: Compile raw research into brief reports—organizing screenshots, cached web pages, and identified aliases into a standardized report format.

• Regional Test Purchase Coordination: Act as the administrative point of contact for regional partners; track the status of purchase requests from initiation to delivery.

✅What you need to have:
For this position we are looking for a reliable, digital superhero with the following skills:

• You have an independent and efficient way of working.

• You are a quick learner.

• Previous experience of data entry role.

• You have good coordinating skills.

• You pay attention to details and value accuracy.

• You have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.

• You have good knowledge in Google tools (Slack / Sheets / Docs / Slides) and Slack.

• Ability to handle large volumes of data.

• A plus is if you have experience working with Case Management tools.

• Preferred but not essential, investigation and/or law enforcement experience.

• Experience of working focused with screen activities full days.
