Job Description
As an Inventory Control Specialist, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. The Inventory Control Specialist acts as a liaison between Settlement Operations and our creditors that we utilize a data list exchange process with to obtain settlements.
Work from home/hybrid:We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market.
What you'll do:

  • Retrieve lists of clients and accounts from creditor(s), analyze to determine any required updates or corrections. Process these lists through Data Loader according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Analyze reports to determine if a product update is needed or there was an issue with processing. Collaborate with internal partners to determine the cause of the errors and potential solutions.
  • Write Macros and formulas in Excel to improve the efficiency of lists being run through the system.
  • Perform Quality Check to ensure that all information received and/or submitted is up to date and accurate
  • Communicate with internal/external partners and all levels of leadership either in person, via email or through conference calls


Qualifications
What you'll bring:

  • Experience working with advanced Excel concepts including but not limited to v-lookups, countifs, conditional formatting, and VBA Macros
  • 2 years' experience in a financial services environment
  • Strong organization skills with with ability to multitask effectively and work independently
  • Strong level of attention to detail
  • Ability to draft professional emails and to clearly and effectively communicate information to all audiences
  • Experience with Salesforce and Data Loader preferred
