Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the enterprise Intune environment, integrated capabilities, and the Intune endpoint services. Maintain endpoint health and ensure endpoint devices comply with company operating standards using device management, application management, policy management, security management, and reporting/analysis capabilities and techniques. Collaborate closely with other IT Teams and functions on project efforts leverage Intune to deliver solutions to the enterprise endpoint ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements Microsoft Intune solutions for endpoint management, including device enrollment (autopilot, manual, etc.), configuration policy creation and deployment (security, access control, compliance), and application deployment (Windows apps, mobile apps, line-of-business apps)
  • Develops and maintains documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures
  • Implements and maintains security baselines and compliance policies using Intune
  • Manages device encryption (Bitlocker) and conditional access for secure access to organizational resources
  • Monitors endpoint health and ensure adherence to security best practices
  • Packages applications for deployment through Intune
  • Deploys and manages applications across different platforms (Windows, iOS, Android)
  • Collaborates with application owners to streamline the deployment process
  • Creates and manages device configuration profiles to enforce settings and restrictions (Wi-Fi, password policies, etc.) on various endpoints
  • Generates reports to track device health, compliance status, and application usage
  • Identifies and troubleshoots endpoint management issues
  • Stays informed about new Intune features and updates, ensuring the environment is up-to-date
  • Continuously refines and improves the Intune environment based on usage data and best practices.
  • Collaborates effectively with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Intune with other IT systems
  • Provides after-hours support as needed for high severity situations
  • Performs other duties assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically with 4+ years of experience, with 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Intune in a production enterprise environment
  • Experience in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Server, Office 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Management (MEM) technologies, including Intune and Azure AD
  • Experience in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell preferred) for automating Intune tasks Working knowledge of security best practices for endpoint devices
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to produce high quality, accurate results
  • Ability to hold sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to proactively problem solve and apply innovative solutions
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment, and ability to work independently and prioritize work
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected quality
