Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage customer implementations, GPS installations, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in logistics or operations, be customer-focused, and be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and operations.
● Coordinate GPS device installations with field teams and vendors.
● Ensure smooth software implementation and customer go-live.
● Handle client escalations and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
● Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
● Monitor implementation timelines and ensure SLA adherence.
● Track operational performance and identify areas for process improvement.
● Coordinate with logistics partners and installation teams for seamless execution.
● Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
● Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
● 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Implementation.
● Experience in coordinating field operations or GPS installations is preferred.
● Good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
● Experience in a SaaS, IoT, or logistics technology company is an advantage.
Skills Required
