Role: Junior Finance Associate

Location: Bangalore (5 days WFO)

Experience: 2+ years (At least 2 years of experience in a CA firm)

Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

Must Have: Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, payables, receivables, and reconciliation.

Job Objective:
You are responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely statutory compliances, and reliable financial reporting. The role requires maintaining proper financial records, supporting audits and monthly closures, and contributing to efficient finance
processes with a high level of ownership, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
● Own day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
● Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.
● Track and follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
● Manage bank reconciliations, expense tracking, Invoicing, etc
● Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances with timely filings.
● Assist in monthly closures, MIS preparation, and financial reporting.
● Coordinate with auditors for compliance and audits.
● Maintain proper documentation for invoices, credit notes, PO and Agreements.
● Support ad-hoc finance and operations tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For
● Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance (Who has worked in a CA firm or Start Up )
● Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations
● Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, basic analysis)
● Experience with accounting tools like Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar
● Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt quickly
● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
