Job Description:

This position organizes the import process for freight shipments. He/She coordinates end-to-end transportation in a timely and efficient manner to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. This position tracks and ensures U.S. Customs clearance to transfer freight to bonded UPS Freight warehouses. He/She interacts with commercial air and ground carriers to confirm cargo arrivals and freight availability. This position prepares import documents, maintains freight import data, and performs other tasks as requested.
