This role drives technical content operations and platform infrastructure to support the delivery of Vida’s clinical programs. You will own the systems, tools, cross-functional workflows and content management integrity of our telehealth content at scale. This role ensures high-quality management, delivery and enhancement of Vida’s content-rich clinical programs and interventions. This is a pivotal role in shaping how Vida scales personalized health content across journeys using headless content management system (CSM), Braze, and data/BI platforms).

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize CMS operations (including headless CMS discovery and implementation), supporting robust upload, asset validation and QA pipelines.
  • Build and maintain modular content architectures, template libraries, tagging schemes and metadata governance.
  • Define and scale repeatable operational processes for intervention configuration, content versioning and experience delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and workflow automation teams to improve tools and scripting (e.g., Python, SQL, Zapier).
  • Support segmented content personalization and orchestration via platforms like Braze.
  • Partner with analytics to build dashboards (Looker, Tableau, SQL) to track content performance and operational KPIs.
  • Participate in sprint planning and execution for clinical programs and experience design.
  • Maintain systems documentation and training to ensure operational continuity and scale.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., in Health Sciences, Project Management, Information Management, Digital Media, or a related field).
  • 3–5+ years in content operations, digital health or technical program delivery.
  • Strong understanding of content management workflows and asset version control.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., Contentful or proprietary CMS platforms).
  • Proficiency using Atlassian tools, especially Jira, for ticketing, sprint tracking and backlog management.
  • Comfortable managing and organizing structured documentation.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional sprint teams across product, engineering and clinical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute repeatable workflows while identifying opportunities for automation.
  • High attention to detail and organizational rigor.
  • Strong written and meeting communication skills for internal documentation and cross-functional coordination.
