The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing them to identify their professional interests.
The Contract Coordinator Intern will directly assist the CPFM Department with a wide range of projects related to contracts from drafting, responding to red lines, to final execution. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of financial management.

The Contract Coordinator Intern will directly assist the CPFM Department with a wide range of projects related to contracts from drafting, responding to red lines, to final execution. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of XXX.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Management and oversight of all contract phases from drafting, review, and final execution on 4 product lines.
• Collaborate with Legal to draft Letter of Agreements and Statement of Works to meet the needs of each product line.
• Maintains an electronic library of all service agreement templates for LSPD products approved by Allied's Legal and Compliance Counsel.
• Complete an internal audit on current clients to ensure a contract is current

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)

• Incoming college sophomore, junior, senior or working towards advanced degree
• Ability to manage deadlines
• Ability to multitask
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize
