The Red Hat Global Transformation and Operations (GTO) team, a part of the larger Finance team, is looking for a creative, passionate individual who is ready to join us as an Operations Business Analyst Intern and learn within an innovative and dynamic company. What you will do

• Build and refine a framework and process for 2023 strategic planning for the GTO organization
• Guide implementation of the 2023 planning process
• Help teams prepare for planning deliverables, ensuring understanding and consistency across teams

What you will bring

• Ability to work full-time May-August
• Currently pursuing a degree in business management, finance, system or industrial engineering, or related field; if you have graduated, be no more than 6 months past your graduation date
• Ability to think strategically and achieve results at a high standard
• Open to learning and eager to learn new technologies, tools, and processes
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Suite

The following are considered a plus:

• Passion for open source and working collaboratively
• Willingness to wear a lot of red
