The Digital Product Management team at Nationwide is focused on creating extraordinary end-to-end experiences that exceed customer expectations through real-time, in the moment and on-demand solutions. This internship involves working as part of an agile team of product management professionals that provides support on product discovery and analysis efforts. This role will assist our product managers by helping build the case for investment and helping shape new and enhanced digital experiences for our members and partners. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring proper requirement artifacts are created and estimates from dependent teams are successfully fulfilled. The ideal intern will exhibit thought leadership and digital consultation to inspire change and create engaging experiences for partners and customers through digital journey reimagination.

Skills/Qualifications Desired: Typically 1 - 3 years experience in conducting discovery and analysis activities for customer-facing digital solutions. Familiarity and experience with agile delivery methodologies and product management principles a plus. Candidates with professional work experience completing Undergraduate or Graduate studies highly desired.

Analytical: Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data; Ability to synthesize complex data into goals and anticipate and measure results & outcomes; Conduct high-level market research
Presentation: Present findings to agile team members including, PO's, PM's , Peers and Digital Leaders
Relationship Building: Effective collaboration with PM's, PO's & Agile Teams; Assimilate direction from multiple sources and effectively set work priorities; Influence feature priorities
Entrepreneurial: Ability to work independently; Digital curiosity; Manage complex analysis tasks within a digital discipline
