The Red Hat People (HR) Service Delivery team is looking for a creative and passionate HR Business Process Analyst Intern to join us. What you will do

• Support functional enhancements to the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) application
• Document current-state HR processes
• Assist with the transition of HR service delivery from regional HR managers to the HR shared services team
• Provide project management support for various HR projects

• Currently pursuing a degree; if you have graduated, be no more than 6 months past your graduation date
