Program Details

The JLLT Revenue team is tasked with identifying and delivering on transformative technology solutions opportunities for our commercial real estate clients. We have a unique opportunity for top performers who are seeking a high impact position to influence innovation in the fast-paced world of commercial real estate. This is a great opportunity for graduate business and computer science/analytics students looking to experience a high-growth technology group within one of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world!

As a summer Global Sales & GTM Intern with JLL Technologies, you will work on a commercial business team that is driving a strategic initiative. You will help support the development of long-term growth plans and profitability objectives. Some tasks may include market sizing, competitive analyses, assessing portfolio trends, and developing enterprise and market level strategic studies to enter new markets or business model design. During your time with JLLT, you will:

• Develop a strategy for entering new markets in the US and beyond
• Grow key product
• Drive revenue
• Be exposed to JLLT's newest products
• Gain hands-on experience with real-world technology challenges
• Join one of JLL's commercial teams to help with a strategic initiative
• Interact with other functional groups within both Technologies and the greater JLL organization

Qualifications

• Current graduate student candidate seeking a Master's or MBA degree in:
• Business
• Marketing/Communications
• Computer and Information Sciences
• Management Information Systems
• Real Estate

Skills and Abilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to think critically and problem solve
• Detail-oriented and self-driven
• Data Analysis background
• General business experience
• Strong knowledge of PC, Windows, Internet applications. Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must
• Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau is a plus
