eMed Summer engineering 2022 Internship

eMed is the market leader in at-home test verification technology and services. eMed makes it easier than ever to access healthcare solutions online. eMed is currently recruiting candidates for its 6-week software engineering summer internship program, which begins on June 6th and concludes on July 15th, 2022. Interns will experience first-hand the industry defining work we do at eMed. As an intern, you can make an impact on the business as well as continue to build your professional skills software engineering. All eMed Interns will go through eMed's Certified Proctor Program - an important certification that allows participants to interact with customers through eMed's virtual lab supervising and validating at-home diagnostics.

At eMed, our Internship Program is viewed as our primary talent pipeline across the US leading to full-time employment opportunities with eMed. We prefer interns with academic experience in web technologies, modern programming languages, RESTful services, continuous integration, and working with cross functional agile teams.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program. U.S. Veterans are also encouraged to apply.

Academic or work experience with AWS, RESTful services, Typescript/JavaScript, (Node, Express, Feathers, React).

Academic or work experience in at least one of the following data technologies: SQL, Mongo, Redis, and/or Memcached.

Candidates can ideally be available onsite at our headquarters in Miami, FL.
