What You’ll Bring to the Team:

We are looking for an Intern to be an integral part of our Knowledge Management and Data Management teams within Customer Success at Florence. This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Knowledge Management. 

This role will have a primary focus on translating HelpDesk articles to Spanish language. Additionally, we would like this role to help support data mining efforts within several CRM platforms. This is a paid internship for students pursuing a college degree. This position is primarily remote.. Reporting to our downtown Atlanta office for periodic work sessions may be required.

You will:

  • Review and translate HelpDesk articles to Spanish Language
  • Assist with editing core english language articles
  • Tagging, organizing, and archiving HelpDesk articles
  • Translating scripts and recording spanish language audio

An Ideal Candidate:

  • Has English to Spanish Translation Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once
  • Desire to work in a startup/fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Experience a plus
