The Red Hat Voice of Customer (VoC) team is looking for a Communications Intern to join us for the summer. In this role, you will work cross functionally within and outside of the VoC team to create highly visible deliverables across the enterprise. We are looking for fresh perspectives and new ideas to improve VoC's internal stakeholder and external marketplace communications. What you will do

• Brainstorm and develop creative solutions for sharing and creating internal and external VoC content
• Develop, collect, and organize the VoC team's best practices, templates, and other collateral
• Build and maintain documentation, user guides, and tools to support internal program offerings
• Support VoC efforts to expand and improve our library of enablement and self-service resources for our various internal communications channels
• Generate insights and make recommendations from data across the company to support our company strategy
• Develop process for continuously evaluating and improving the delivery of content

• Currently pursuing a degree; if you have graduated, be no more than 6 months past your graduation date
