- PROCEDIMIENTO RECUPERACION IVA CRÉDITO INCOBRABLE (JUDICIAL). Preparación, seguimiento y verificación con Departamento de Facturación e Impuestos de la Recuperación del IVA por Crédito Incobrable.
- TASAS JUDICIALES, gestión, registro y solicitud de las Tasas Judiciales necesarias para la interposición de los correspondientes procedimientos Judiciales.
- ASNEF/EQUIFAX. Preparación, verificación y envío del Informe Asnef Equifax.
- COLABORADORES EXTERNOS, preparación y envío de las distintas comunicaciones a los Colaboradores externos.
- ARCHIVO SEÑALAMIENTOS JUDICIALES. Registro de los distintos señalamientos judiciales.
- SIEBEL. Servicios e Incidencias Siebel, gestión y reclamación a los colaboradores externos
- VEHICULOS PENDIENTES DE RESTITUCIÓN. Una vez resuelto el contrato de arrendamiento, gestión de los vehículos de ASS desaparecidos, envío al detective, retirada de denuncias una vez recuperados, seguimiento del proceso de recuperación.
- FIANZAS. Verificación y contestación al Departamento de Gestión de Flotas en relación a las Fianzas depositadas correspondientes a los vehículos de Asesoría.
- Consultas en Informa y Registro Mercantil.
