This position reports to:
Country Service Manager__
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the service of products/systems within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will be responsible for sustainable order growth, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Work model: Office based
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensures that inquiries are resolved and provides assistance with any necessary tasks.
- Ensures a positive customer experience by providing them with regular updates and addressing their concerns.
- Observes the overall process and trends across inquiries, identifies improvement areas, and collaborates with internal resources to implement them.
- Participates in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and best practice.

Qualifications for the Role- Master’s degree (engineering background preferable)
- You are at ease communicating in English
- Proficient in computer skills
