About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Intern to join our application support team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to work alongside experienced software engineers, gain exposure to industry-leading practices, and contribute to meaningful, real-world projects.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Operations Support: Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure seamless functioning and efficient troubleshooting within the technical team.
- Bug Analysis and Troubleshooting: Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues related to Viewpoint software, while documenting findings and solutions.
- Internal Tool Improvement: Collaborate with the team to enhance internal tools, focusing on functionality and user experience.
- Application Testing: Participate in software testing, including executing test cases, identifying issues, and maintaining quality standards.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Take on additional projects or tasks assigned by supervisors, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
