Internship - Tech (Data Analytics)

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various company platform sources (ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Perform data analysis and interpretation using SQL, Excel etc.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks
• Contribute to the development and improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies
• Participate in projects related to the improvement of data analytics process including but not limited to data mining, predictive modeling, and machine learning (as applicable)
• Support the Data Analytic and Business Intelligence efforts
• Additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google BigQuery, Looker Studio etc.)
• Familiarity with statistical concepts and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Enthusiastic about learning and working in a team
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiarity with data mining, predictive modeling, or big data technologies
